1. Warranty Conditions
- We offer a 12 month warranty on our products.
- The guarantee only applies to manufacturing defects and not to damage caused by incorrect use, carelessness or incompetence.
- If a product fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product, at our option.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, or if the costs are unreasonably high in relation to the value of the product, we will refund the purchase price.
- The warranty is void if the product has been opened, modified or repaired by an unauthorized person.
- For returns or warranty repair requests, please contact us by phone or email. State the order number and provide a clear description of the problem.
2. Return
- Any shipping costs for returns or repair requests under warranty are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If you are dissatisfied with the GolfAligner, you can return it within 30 days. The shipping costs are your costs.
